Dry-cleaning activator with integrated odour-neutralizer for use in the pre-treatment bath in dry-cleaning 

PRECLIN ODOSORB is a special dry-cleaning activator for use in perchloroethylene and hydrocarbon solvent. PRECLIN ODOSORB gives excellent results on water-soluble stains and pigment soilings without the addition of water. Numerous stain substances can be removed with PRECLIN ODOSORB, thus essentially reducing work in pre- and post-spotting. Due to its specific formula, PRECLIN ODOSORB is in a position to effectively detach lints already in the first bath and to flush them to the button trap. The odour neutralizer in PRECLIN ODOSORB is a product used in numerous industrial processes, in households, in the field of environmental protection and in cosmetics. Its odour-killing action is excellent for the elimination of unpleasant odours in textiles. PRECLIN ODOSORB has a very low water content so that there is no risk of greying, colour loss or shrinkage. It is perfectly filterable and does not cause any problems in distillation. Due to the unique combination of high- grade anionic and non-ionic surfactants, it is possible to use the product together with cationic dry-cleaning detergents from SEITZ. Moreover, PRECLIN ODOSORB contains anti-corrosion additives and shows neutral reaction. 

Cleaning activator with Odour Absorber

Special cleaning activator for removing stains in the first bath in a two-bath process. Particularly noteworthy is the built-in odour absorber for removing all types of smells from textiles.

Solution of a combination of acid-binding and stabilizing substances. NEUTROL L is an alkaline liquid soluble in the solvent which, due to its high acid- binding capacity, neutralizes acid components preponderantly forming in the distillation. The substances contained in NEUTROL L can also bind unpleasant odours, thus contributing to a better odour of the goods. 

NEUTROL L reduces the danger of metal corrosion and secures perfect distillation while keeping the distilled solvent neutral and stable. 

Liquid acid binder for solvent based care

Alkaline liquids that are soluble in solvents possess a high binding capacity of acids and thereby neutralize acidic degradation, which as a result leads to a better smell of your goods by inhibiting unwanted smelling byproducts. Neutrol L ensures hassle free distillation process which keeps the solvent neutral and stable.

MultiCharge is a combination of anionic and non-ionic surfactants. It is suitable for use in all Perchloroethylene dry-cleaning machines operating a Charge system. MultiCharge has been specially formulated to readily cope with all aspects of equipment and garments necessary in modern textile care requirements. HYDROCLIN is a dry-cleaning detergent for use in all hydrocarbon solvents, specially developed for use in closed systems. It is a blend of anionic and non-ionic surfactants. HYDROCLIN has a Flash-point of 143.6°F and contains no chlorinated hydrocarbon solvent. 

HYDROCLIN has an excellent anti-static effect with the following advantages:

• Prevents the build-up of electrostatic charges. 
• Reduces the risk of greying.
• Prevents the deposition of lint on the garments during        processing. 

HYDROCLIN contains germicide compounds, eliminating unpleasant odours from the dry-cleaning bath and the garments being cleaned, leaving the cleaned clothes with a neutral, clean aroma. Moreover, it contains specially formulated surfactants which give excellent results on wet-side and pigment soils, without the need for additional moisture. HYDROCLIN leaves the treated garments with a pleasant, voluminous handle and at the end of the process are practically crease-free. 

HYDROCLIN is suitable for use in all automatic dosing systems and pumps. In addition, it is totally filterable by all types of filters and will have no effect on the distillation process. 

Filter Powder for Hydrocarbon Solvent (HC) Dry-cleaning Equipment without Distillation 

CLINOSOLV ADSORB is a filter powder providing excellent purification of pigment soil in the filter system and adsorbing soil soluble in the solvent. CLINOSOLV ADSORB has a high capacity of retaining textile dyes and surface-active substances. Colorant or odourant substances are eliminated from the solvent. In the case of cleaning normally soiled garments, the solvent can be maintained in ready-for-use quality condition for an extended period of time, provided the application instructions are observed. If oily and greasy soil gets into the solvent through work wear, the solvent will have to be distilled as soon as unpleasant odours or marks and swales on the textiles are noticed. 

Filter and adsorption powder 

Powdery filter aid, which ensures good pigment soil clarification in the filter system and also binds solvent-soluble soiling through adsorption

Concentrated microbicide agent for odour and bacteria elimination

This multi-effect agent creates the basis for hygienic dry-cleaning under the usual dry-cleaning conditions. DESOLAN NT is recommended for use in all solvents. DESOLAN NT eliminates unpleasant odours often adhering to dry-cleaned goods and provides the garments with a fresh, neutral odour. In particular, DESOLAN NT has proved well for closed circuit system dry-cleaning machines being frequently confronted with the problem of odours. Any germs, bacteria or fungi adhering to soiled textiles or brought into the dry- cleaning bath will be eliminated by DESOLAN NT in the dry-cleaning bath. The transfer of microbes onto other textile goods is hereby avoided. According to the requirements, DESOLAN NT may be added to the dry-cleaning bath either concentrated or diluted with the dry-cleaning detergent or pre-spotting agent. 

Additive for odour removal and hygiene in textile cleaning 

Desolan NT is suitable for all solvents. It effectively removes the odour of body exudates, e.g. sweat, from textiles with fire damage and odours caused by bacteria. 

Concentrated anti-foaming agent to prevent foaming during the distillation of perchloroethylene dry-cleaning baths 

The various components of contaminated dry-cleaning baths (i.e. solvent, pigment soil, grease, fatty acids, filter powder, dry- cleaning detergents, retexturing agents, wax-, silicon- and fluorocarbon resin-based water repellents) are frequently the cause of excessive foaming during distillation. Due to its special surface-active properties, DESTIVIT 2000 absorbs and eliminates excessive foam in the still, thus preventing contaminated solvent from over-boiling. DESTIVIT 2000 is suited for distillation of perchloroethylene in closed-circuit system dry-cleaning machines leaving a perfectly clear distillate. In addition, DESTIVIT 2000 is free of chlorinated hydrocarbons. 

Service additive for cleaning the drum and needle-trap of perchloroethylene dry-cleaning machines 

FLUTEC has a very high water retention capacity and a very high power of soil and lint solubilization. FLUTEC is a combination of anionic and non-ionic surfactants on the basis of biodegradable, natural fatty acids and fatty alcohols. Selected emulsifiers detach lints in the drum housing and the ventilation ducts, thus preventing lint clusterings. Even aged lint clusterings will be solubilized without problem after use of FLUTEC. Due to this property, FLUTEC helps meeting the limit values required for observance of the prescriptions of the 2nd BImschV, as lint residues containing perchloroethylene are removed from the machine.

FRANKOTEX FRESH DF is a dry-cleaning detergent with multiple action developed for textile dry-cleaning machines operated with hydrocarbon solvent. It has a flashpoint higher than 143°F (ASTM D 93) and can be used in all hydrocarbon solvents, including DF 2000, recommended for textile dry-cleaning. FRANKOTEX FRESH DF contains anionic and non-ionic surfactants, bacteriostatic additives, antistatic and handle-improving components and perfume. The FRESH-cleaning system eliminates unpleasant odours and leaves the garments with an unrivalled and appealing freshness. Even without the addition of water, FRANKOTEX FRESH DF gives excellent dry-cleaning effect on wet-bound and pigment soiling, presents perfect stain-removal, enables defined colours and reliably prevents greying. Moreover, FRANKOTEX FRESH DF provides the cleaned garments with a pleasant, full handle and maintains the original wearing properties. Garments cleaned in this product are almost crease-free and much easier to finish.

FRANKOTEX FRESH DF is excellently suited for use in automatic dosing systems and well compatible with the pre-spotting agent POLYSOL KWV as well as the special spotting agents SOLVEX 1/2/3 which, are well rinsable in FRANKOTEX FRESH DF. Non-diluted or diluted with DF-solvent in a ratio of 1 : 1, FRANKOTEX FRESH DF is excellently suited for pre-spotting of particularly tenacious stains and has a solubilizing and soaking effect on wet- and grease-bound stains.

Cleaning amplifier for Intense

Sigma Clear was specially developed for the solvent Intense and contains antistatic and handle-modifying components. 

In case of wet and pigment soiling Sigma Clear achieves even without adding water excellent cleaning effects, good stain removal, clear colours and reliably prevents greying.

Water-miscible refat liquor for leather for use in solvents or for spraying

DryX Licker contains natural and mineral oils, which penetrate deep into the leather and do not stick to the leather surface.

DryX Licker deepens the leather color and has excellent levelling power. The treated leather gets a soft, full grip.

DryX Licker is universal applicable in perchloroethylene, hydrocarbon solvents and water.

DryX Licker is easy to emulsify in water and is also used as an emulsion in pre-spotting and spray post fat liquoring.

DryX Pre & Clean is a universal brushing agent that can also be used as a cleaning booster in perchloroethylene and hydrocarbon solvents.

DryX Pre & Clean contains balanced proportions of emulsifiers and fat liquoring components in addition to surfactants.
